The Afghan Business Incubator is owned by the Citadel of New York, LLC. With cooperation from Afghan Citadel Software of Kabul, Afghanistan, and Film Annex Capital Partners, LLC, we have created a WebTV channel to display our companies, partners, and clients at the Afghan Business Incubator Web TV, WomensAnnex.com, and the Culinary Channel @ Women's Annex. The mission is to develop entrepreneurial companies through a network developed and orchestrated by the women management of Women's Annex. Digital media companies like AdOn Network are participating in this program with investments in advertising and promotion.

The first focus of the Film Annex Afghan Business Incubator will be on eLearning and Social Media Strategies, and other target markets will be chosen with business partners and investors as we develop and respond to the rapidly changing environment of Afghanistan, Central Asia, and South Asia.

Citadel Software "Examer" and Film Annex Capital Partners "Your Buzz" technology is used for the development and testing of Social Media, Educational, and Gaming Software for Teens and Pre-Teens. Our focus will include:
