According to the independent research firm comScore, as of February 2012, Adap.tv was one of the top three U.S. Online Video Ad Properties Ranked by Video Ads Viewed, second only to Hulu and Google Sites. Adap.tv has approximately 110 employees, and is headquartered in San Mateo, California, with offices in New York, Chicago, London, and Sydney, Australia. Adap.tv is considered one of the leaders in video advertising.

In a recent video interview on Afghan Web Development TV, General Manager of Adap.tv Marketplace Sean Behr chats with Francesco Rulli about Adap.tv's background, what the company looks for in its publishers, the role of social media in the business, the potential for a "digital cultural revoltion," and how online digital advertising can affect the educational and financial landscapes of developing countries.

He also addresses Film Annex's work in Afghanistan, commenting that Adap.tv is "100 percent behind that [work]." He continues,

"We do believe that if we can connect people and educate people about whats going on outside of their immediate neighborhood, that can only be a good thing for our world." [The work that Film Annex doing] is noble, and we're happy to be partners with you as you go to make a change in the world. And if we can play even the smallest part in helping you to achieve that kind of a mission, then we're happy to be a part of it."
